Meet Andrew, a Training Operations Manager for Central Office, and a member of the Atlas family for 16 years!

Which hotel or team do you work in? How long have you been with Atlas?

I am the Training Operations Manager (TOM) for Central Office as part of the support team.

What’s an interesting fact about yourself?

I wanted to be an actor when I was younger and got shortlisted for the ‘Billy Elliott’ movie!

What was your first-ever job?

Junior Supervisor at a discount store called ‘Store 24’.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Be a cheerleader for yourself, don’t put yourself down because sometimes other people do that for you. Also, don’t sweat the small stuff.

What is your top-tier snack?

Kinder Bueno!

In your opinion, what’s the best thing about working for Atlas and why?

Honestly, the community. We have such a range of knowledge and experience that can be called upon for pretty much anything. When asking for support, there is no judgement from anyone, and Atlas encourage you to be yourself.

Who has been your biggest influence?

My dad. Cliché I know, but didn’t actually realise this until I got into adulthood.
