We pay higher than the National Living Wage for Team Member roles, increasing as you climb the ranks. There are also plenty of opportunities for bonuses and incentives to boost your earnings.

Reward and recognition

We love celebrating great work – we have an app called Mo to share thank you messages and rewards. And we have an ‘Employee of the Quarter’ per hotel and central team, with the chance to attend our prestigious annual Atlas Awards ceremony.

Long service bonuses

Joining a hotel? You’ll receive an anniversary pay & stay for every year you’re with us and all employees get an increasing monetary reward paid into your bank for every five years of service. 

Health and wellbeing support

You’ll have free access to a Health Cash Plan scheme to cover the cost of everyday healthcare, legal and counselling support. Our trained Mental Health First Aiders are also here to assist if you need it.

Pension contributions

If eligible, you’ll be included in the auto-enrolment pension scheme from The People’s Pension. We’ll match your 5% contribution with an additional 3%. You can opt out of this at any time.

Our internal ‘Atlas Cares’ initiative is designed to drive positive change within the company and beyond.
