We’re delighted to announce the onboarding of an additional 30 internal housekeeping teams across our UK sites. This expansion not only strengthens Atlas Hotels’ operational capacity but also underlines our commitment to promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.

The decision to onboard housekeeping teams across these sites aligns with Atlas Hotels’ vision of delivering exceptional guest experiences while simultaneously creating job opportunities within the hospitality industry. Following a trial in July 2023, the insourcing of housekeeping teams led to a significant improvement in employee engagement and hotel cleanliness scores.

With the addition of approximately 500 roles, including three senior roles, the company is not only expanding its workforce but also contributing to the local economies with increased employment opportunities.
