Tell us a bit about yourself and your position?

I started my career in hospitality by studying Professional Cookery. This allowed me to work in a 2AA rosette kitchen before deciding to move to Front of House, where I started as a part-time Night Team Member and worked my way up to my current position as HOM of Greenwich. In my spare time, I am a big sports fan. I enjoy football (Arsenal Fan!), cricket, F1 and boxing, along with cycling and gaming. I am originally from Birmingham, but moved to Southampton in 2016 for career development, followed by London in 2021.
