Competitive pay rates
We pay higher than the National Minimum Wage for Team Member roles, increasing as you climb the ranks. There are also plenty of opportunities for bonuses and incentives to boost your earnings.
Long service bonuses
Joining a hotel? You’ll receive an anniversary pay & stay for every year you’re with us and all employees get an increasing monetary reward paid into your bank for every five years of service.
Pension contributions
If eligible, you’ll be included in the auto-enrolment pension scheme from The People’s Pension. We’ll match your 5% contribution with an additional 3%. You can opt out of this at any time.

Our internal ‘Atlas Cares’ initiative is designed to drive positive change within the company and beyond.
