On Tuesday 16th April, Atlas Hotels walked away with some key awards at the 2023 IHG Impact Awards in Liverpool.

The IHG Impact Awards recognises the achievements of its hotel teams, individual colleagues, and general managers within its portfolio. The initiative, now in its fourth year, was created to enable people across the business to nominate and recognise hotel leaders, peers, and colleagues who they feel made the biggest difference and impact throughout 2023.

Winners

Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh Royal Mile won the Loyalty Recognition Award. this award recognises the hotel which had the highest score for recognising our valuable IHG One Rewards member guests.

The Most Improved Loyalty Hotel went to Holiday Inn Express Cambridge. this award recognises the hotel that had the highest improvement year on year for loyalty recognition.

Other recognition

Three of our other hotels were commended for achieving an all-green scorecard. IHG score the hotels on five key metrics and these hotels managed to hit targets on all areas. Well done to:

Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes

Holiday Inn Express Northampton – South
