As well as this, career progression opportunities with support and development through leadership development programmes, commercial insights training and an induction buddying system.

“I’m over the moon that Atlas Hotels has been named as one of the best places to work in the UK by the Sunday Times. The fact that our employee feedback is what has determined this award is why it means so much. Across our 58 hotels and in our central office, our employees are working so hard everyday to provide a great experience to our guests and it means the world that they feel valued at Atlas.

“Our purpose starts with our people. We want to ‘create a rewarding place to work’ and that means not just financially, but also that at Atlas you can feel valued, you can learn and develop and you can be accepted and supported, whoever you are.”

Sarah Brocklebank, HR Director

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace. To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework.
