Say hello to Gage, he joined the Data team when we opened the new office in Leicester. Let’s see how he’s enjoyed his first few months
Tell us a bit about yourself?
I graduated with a 1st class degree in maths from De Montfort University, while I was here, I joined the climbing society and have been climbing ever since.
What attracted you to Atlas Hotels?
The hotel discounts! More seriously, I love to learn and Atlas seemed like the right place to develop my skills while working with data.
What has been your highlight of working here so far?
Having the freedom to present my own ideas and having these ideas listened to has been amazing. Presenting my report on re-bookings to our CEO and a few of the Directors was a fantastic opportunity.
What are you most looking forward to in your Atlas career?
I’m looking forward to completing my apprenticeship and utilising what I’ve learned to further automate and improve some of the processes here, to allow more time for projects.

Work Together, I’ve learnt so much working with the Data team and I’m sure there’s plenty more to learn.
Which of our hotels are you most looking forward to visiting?
Stirling as they have the best breakfast, also I’ve never been to Scotland.
What’s one motto that you live by and why?
Never give up, after being a graduate for 2 years I never thought I’d get a job related to my degree but I persevered and achieved that goal.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself?
I love animals, so have recently adopted a stray dog from Romania.
