Tell us a bit about yourself and your position?
My name is Maddie and I’m from Bristol, my position is Team Leader which I was recently promoted to. I’m very grateful for the experience and being given the opportunity to step up.

One of my highlights is getting employee of the quarter in my first year!
If you could live in any country, where and why?
Canada, because it’s a beautiful country.
If you could stay in any of our hotels, which one would it be?
The Hampton by Hilton in Liverpool because it’s not a Holiday Inn Express, and it would be nice to see the difference between hotel brands owned by the same company. Also, all my family lives in Liverpool.
What’s one thing you did recently you are proud of?
Fixed a technical issue in the hotel without any assistance!

Good feedback and a strong reliable team.
