As part of our commitment to supporting mental health and wellbeing through our Atlas Cares initiative, we’re proud to share the success of our charity menu items, which is already making a significant difference.

Through purchases of selected menu items across our hotels, our guests have helped us raise over £20,000 for mental health charities Mind in England and Wales and SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) in Scotland.

The initiative sees donations made from two popular menu items:

  • 25p from every bottled water sold is donated to Mind and SAMH.
  • 50p from every pizza sold following the menu relaunch in June is donated to the charities.

Thanks to the continued support of our guests, this simple initiative has already generated:

  • Over £18,000 from bottled water sales
  • Over £2,000 from pizza sales

Together, these contributions have raised more than £20,000, providing vital support to organisations that work tirelessly to improve mental health and wellbeing across the UK.

We know how important mental health support is, now more than ever. Partnering with Mind and SAMH allows us to give back in a way that’s simple yet impactful for our guests,” said Scott Chappell-Oates, Chief Operating Officer.

Supporting Our Community and Wellbeing Pillars

Wellbeing and Community are two of the five pillars of our Atlas Cares programme and this initiative demonstrates how small everyday actions can create a meaningful collective impact. By choosing a bottle of water or a pizza, our guests are directly contributing to services and resources that help people facing mental health challenges.

We’re incredibly proud of the engagement and look forward to seeing the fundraising total continue to grow throughout the year.
